		Dennis Davis - General Manager Dennis entered real estate in 1971 after serving three years in the US Army and graduating from Cal Poly University in San Luis Obispo. His wide range of real estate experience spans everything from residential to commercial land exchanges. Dennis also served as president of Coldwell Banker Residential in the Phoenix and Tucson areas. He says his most enjoyable and gratifying professional experiences have been his responsibility as a salesman and as the General Manager of M3 Properties in Prescott, Arizona. Dennis and wife Nancy have lived in Prescott since 1995 and with the M3 Companies since early 1997. They have four children and two grandchildren, whom they call their pride and joy.
		Steve Moreau Steve graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Business and Economics. He has been a real estate agent since 1968 and a real estate investor since 1970, with a portfolio that has included rental homes, apartment buildings, small office structures, a mobile home park and land in Arizona, Vermont and Maine. He has started and managed three insurance agencies and a coffee shop in Prescott, where he and his wife Dayle have lived for over 10 years. Steve has been with the M3 Companies since 1996. Steve and Dayle have been married 34 years. They have two grown children and one grandson so far.
		Chris Flores Chris Flores is a third generation native of Prescott who has been in the real estate business for over half a decade and has been a member of our M3 Properties team since 2001. Not only does he specialize in the finest residential properties that Prescott has to offer, he is also a commercial representative. Chris was responsible for over $3,000,000 worth of commercial sales and leases in 2004. He thrives on giving his clientele a unique perspective of the area that can only be realized through the eyes of a native Prescottonian. "I welcome the opportunity to show my clients why, after all my adventures, I have chosen to return to Prescott and call it home", says Chris.
		Nancy Jackson Nancy Jackson was born in Massachusetts and went to school in Tucson. She came to Prescott seven years ago from the little old mining town in the West, Globe, Arizona where she had an 18-year career in the mining industry; first in engineering and then as a computer consultant, implementing computer systems throughout the US. Nancy has a son and a daughter, both native Arizonans, and five fantastic grandchildren. She started a new career in real estate in 1998 when she joined the M3 Properties team. Nancy says, "I love helping people find their new property. I'm in the perfect place at the perfect time."
		Frank Tyson Frank Tyson has had a long and varied career in sales and sales management. Frank began his early career by selling magazine advertising and managed a small publishing company in Chicago, Illinois. Upon moving to the San Francisco Bay area, he became involved in real estate sales and development as well as the sale of microchips to the major disk drive manufacturers in Silicon Valley. Frank and his Springer Spaniel, Honey, have lived in Prescott for seven years where Frank has successfully sold real estate, primarily in upscale golf and recreational communities. Frank joined the M3 Properties sales team in 2003.
		Barbara Owen Barbara Owen began her real estate career in Hawaii 22 years ago and has been an active and successful Associate Broker in Prescott for 15 years. She first joined our M3 sales team in 1999 when she helped sell out another M3 Companies project, and then rejoined us in 2003. She has earned the Graduate Realtor Institute designation. In addition to real estate sales, Barbara has had experience in land development and home building in partnership with her husband, Warner. One important asset Barbara continually shares is the knowledge she's gained from involvement in Prescott community activities. She has participated in The Volunteer Center of Yavapai County, The Highland Center for Natural History, the Master Gardener program and Prescott Area Leadership.
		Karen Winton Karen Winton successfully sold real estate for 17 years in Honolulu, Hawaii, where she was a consistent multi-million dollar producer as well as top listing and selling agent in her office many times. While working in Hawaii, Karen obtained her Broker's license and CRS designation. Prior to joining the M3 Properties team, she moved to Prescott in 1997 to explore her creative side in graphic design, with an emphasis on web design and photography. Today she has successfully combined her talents in buying, selling, marketing, management, customer service, design and development. They form the solid foundation that allows her to deliver superior service to her clients. As Karen says, "It is not what you DO it is HOW you do it that sets you apart from the competition."
		Harry Chandler Harry Chandler brings to M3 Properties a strong background in customer service and construction. After serving in the US Navy during the Vietnam era, Harry started his own business as a licensed California state general contractor. His company specialized in residential remodeling, custom homes, room additions, roof inspections and roof projects. Harry was instrumental in the development of roof inspections as a general practice in real estate transactions, increasing and maintaining a very high market share. In 1993, the company expanded to include general property inspections, capitalizing on the existing customer base. Harry enjoys the beautiful Prescott area playing golf, tennis, and spending time with friends, family, and his wife of 38 years.
		Warner Owen After earning his undergraduate degree from Chapman University in California, Warner spent three years at the Federal Narcotics Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky, to complete his internship in Psychology and obtain his Masters. He made his entrance in real estate in Orange County in 1963 and continued in areas of residential construction and development, commercial management, mortgage brokerage and real estate brokerage with Santa Anita Consolidated, Lone Star Cement, Hartford Holdings and Kaiser Aetna. Warner provides valuable expertise to his clients with experience gained as a developer and general contractor, supervising the construction and sales of more than 1,500 homes in Hawaii between 1969 and 1989. Since moving to Prescott 15 years ago, Warner has been active in the local real estate market, establishing a real estate company and developing Units III and IV of Longview Estates, a custom home neighborhood in the Williamson Valley area.
		Shellie Chandler Shellie came to M3 Properties from another real estate sales and development organization in the Prescott area. Originally from California, Shellie moved here for the quality lifestyle and to be close to family. After serving admirably as our Sales Assistant/Secretary/Receptionist, riding hard on the whole sales crew, she has joined them and become a full time Real Estate Associate. Given her professional, friendly, positive attitude and high level of competence, she will be a huge success.
